
Nadij Panday
Non-Executive Director
Nadij Panday is a qualified chartered accountant with 12 years' professional experience. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) Honours Degree and he is a member of the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants (SAICA). His experience in corporate governance and board responsibilities makes him a suitable candidate to serve on the Sizekhaya Holdings RF Board and chair the Company's Audit Committee. Nadij commenced his professional career at Ernst & Young (EY) where he completed his articles in 2014. He went on secondment to EY's USA, Florida office in 2015 where he gained valuable international experience. Post his secondment, Nadij continued with EY in Johannesburg, South Africa where he made Partner in 2020.
During his time at EY, he audited and consulted with clients across a range of industries including gaming, media, retail, financial services and renewable energy. He has experience in auditing large groups and consulting on complex matters. During his time at EY, he was able to develop into a well-rounded finance professional with deep insights into the business environment, including corporate governance responsibilities. Nadij left EY in 2022 to join Halewood South Africa as the Company's Financial Director. He serves on the company's Board of Directors, Audit and Risk Committee and Social and Ethics Committee. During his time at Halewood South Africa, he has continued to enhance his financial and commercial acumen and is an integral part of the company's growth strategy. His experience in serving on the company's board during a period of significant change in shareholding structure makes Nadij the ideal candidate to serve as an Independent Non-Executive Director of Sizekhaya Holdings RF.

Dr. Ntomb'zikhona Mutshekwane
Non-Executive Director
Dr. Ntomb'zikhona Mutshekwane is an accomplished healthcare practitioner, entrepreneur and consultant with extensive experience in health technology, emergency medical services and healthcare management. Her career spans over a decade in the public sector, where she has been instrumental in developing and implementing Health Information Systems and digital platforms. Prior to this, Dr. Mutshekwane successfully managed multiple startup companies, including an emergency medical practice for the Clinix Private Hospital Group.
She is highly passionate about healthcare technologies and digital platforms, leveraging her research background to provide business management consulting services in Health Technology Assessment, Facility Planning and Design as well as Supply Chain Management. Dr. Mutshekwane holds various executive and non-executive director positions in different industries in South Africa. Her educational background includes a Master's in Business Leadership from UNISA, with a focus on Supply Chain Management and a Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery from Sefako Makgatho University (MEDUNSA).

Moses Tembe
Chairman
Moses Tembe's resume outlines a distinguished career in business and community development. He holds a BA from UNISA, majoring in Political Science and Public Administration, and completed a Financial Management Course at UCT. His career began in the Umlazi Magistrate and the KwaZulu Development Corporation, transitioning to entrepreneurship in 1990 with ventures in retail and property development in Umlazi. Tembe has held directorial positions in companies like Geochem, Afrostructures and Mr Price, contributing significantly to major projects like Suncoast Richards Bay and Eco Junction.
He co-founded SA Shipbuilding, Vulindlela Holdings, Elgin Brown and Hamer Namibia and Tsogo Sun KZN, demonstrating a remarkable ability to innovate and lead in diverse industries. Tembe is actively involved in community empowerment, focusing on youth and women through the KZN Growth Coalition and Economic Council, where he co-chairs with the KZN Premier. He advocates for societal development based on common values and purposes, emphasizing the importance of collaboration among all social partners. The Moses Tembe Foundation, reflecting his commitment to entrepreneurship, education and the arts, marks another significant contribution to societal progress. Tembe envisions KZN as a model province, economically prosperous and socially cohesive, a dream he pursues with dedication and foresight.

Lebogang Ndadana
Chief Executive Officer
Lebogang Ndadana is a seasoned Finance Specialist with over 16 years of experience in the finance sector, starting her career as a trainee accountant at PWC in Johannesburg in 2003. Throughout her career, Ndadana has demonstrated expertise in financial reporting, strategy development and implementation, risk assessment and regulatory compliance. Ndadana's passion extends beyond finance to developing the next generation of professionals, emphasizing leadership, coherent counsel and the delivery of set priorities.
Currently, Ndadana is the Director at MnT Financial Services, where she focuses on valuation analysis, due diligence, financial modelling and supporting client business growth through strategic capital raising and funding. She is also a non-executive director at Johnson Crane Holding and serves on the Audit and Risk Committee for lnstatoll Africa, underscoring her comprehensive experience in executive and board-level roles. Her qualifications include a CA (SA) designation, and Advanced Leadership Programme from GIBS and several financial and compliance certifications. Ndadana's career reflects a dedication to excellence in financial services, strategic leadership and a commitment to social and economic development.

Michael Nurick
Chief Financial Officer
Michael completed his BCom and BAcc degrees at the University of the Witwatersrand before obtaining his CA(SA) qualification in 1998. He completed his articles at Fisher Hoffman Sithole after which he took up management positions, where he was involved with several due diligence reviews and managed one of the firm's audit groups. He left the auditing profession when he joined Medscheme in January 2001 as a Financial Manager, a role he held for almost 5 years before he took up the position as the Senior Financial Manager of Bonitas Medical Fund, South Africa's second largest open medical scheme. In June 2008 Michael was promoted to the position of General Manager: Group Financial Reporting.
He left Medscheme in June 2010 to join the Netcare Primary Care Division as General Manager: Finance and Commercial. During his 5 years at the company, he was responsible for setting up the financial reporting systems of a new medical scheme administration company which administered the Netcare Group Medical Scheme. Michael Nurick joined the Goldrush Group in 2016 as the Chief Financial Officer.

Siew-Mun Wo
Chief Technology Officer
Siew-Mun Wo is an accomplished technology leader with over 3 decades of experience in the gaming, lottery and healthcare sectors. Her expertise spans diverse geographies, having directed and coached teams across Asia, the USA and Australia. As a founder and Director in Gaming Consultancy, she has steered technical directions for new ventures globally. Siew-Mun's significant achievements include a pivotal role at GENLOT China and leading technology deliveries for a prominent Malaysian healthcare provider's Electronic Medical Record solution, demonstrating her ability to drive technological excellence and innovation.
Her strategic roles include a transformative project as Project Director at Singapore Pools and Regional Technology Director at IGT, overseeing multimillion-dollar projects and fostering a culture of agility. Siew-Mun holds a Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering with professional accreditations in Project Management and Cloud Computing. Her career, marked by dynamic leadership and technical acumen, positions her as a valuable asset in transformative technology leadership.

Juan A. Del Valle
Chief Lottery Officer
Juan Antonio del Valle is a highly experienced senior executive with over 20 years of expertise in the lottery and gaming industry and over 30 years on the African continent across more than 18 countries in Africa. He excels in launching companies, managing regulatory compliance, fostering stakeholder relations and driving growth and efficiency in both private and public enterprises.
His career highlights include leading Thamsanqa Africa Operations as Regional CEO, where he successfully launched operations in multiple African countries despite COVID-related challenges. Previously, he was the CEO of Compagnie Congolaise de Loisir where he built the company from scratch, securing an operator license and establishing various partnerships and operational structures. His proficiency in English, Spanish and Afrikaans, combined with his extensive experience in strategic planning, project management and revenue growth, makes him a versatile and impactful leader in the industry.

Fundi Sithebe
Non-Executive Director
Fundi Sithebe began her career as a management consultant, focusing on strategy and operations across Africa. She was appointed as the inaugural CEO of 4Racing (Pty) Ltd in June 2021 and has significantly impacted South Africa's horseracing industry. She oversaw operations, including 3 racecourses and retail stores across seven provinces, focusing on stabilizing, and growing the business. Her role extended to fostering stakeholder relations and she served on the board of the World Tote Association, promoting the industry responsibly. Previously, as COO of Airports Company South Africa (ACSA), Sithebe directed operations across 9 airports and led the Commercial Division, enhancing non-aeronautical revenue streams.
She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Midrand University and a Postgraduate Diploma in Management from Wits Business School. Her aviation passion, sparked in 2003 with a Private Pilot's License, is evident in her board roles at Swissport South Africa, Lanseria International Airport and South African Airways. A strong advocate for female representation in aviation and horseracing, she has been involved in several initiatives to increase gender diversity in these sectors.
